Easy thing to do for your health #2: Get off your ass

Yup, while sometimes we wish we didn't have to, getting off your ass is really great for your health. Even if you don't need to lose weight, exercise is good for you. Good for your heart, your mood, your bones, your everything! This should not be surprising to anyone that has not been living under a rock, but I've said it anyway. So go outside, enjoy the weather (or take a zyrtec and then enjoy the weather), and move your ass.  Go get yourself some cute workout outfits for motivation.  I promise the couch will be just as wonderful when you return.
